The panel discussion focused on the role of the health care system in national security and solutions for its improvement. During the discussion, experts sought new models of cooperation that would allow for more effective response to future crises. Experts pointed out that in order to reduce the vulnerability of the system and strengthen its sustainability, preventive measures are also needed alongside more effective crisis management – a clear action plan and targeted investments in human resources, technologies and strategic reserves.
